Reverse Mortgage & Living Trusts
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009Lending institutions are now allowing you to attain a Reverse Mortgage AND keep the residence in the name of your Living Trust. 
This is a huge change and allows you to maintain your goal of avoiding probate on all of your assets. However, there is a catch. The lending institution requires you to amend your Trust to add specific protection wording.
